On Sundays We I Do Brunch.
Part of my beliefs consist of thinking that Sunday brunch is the perfect excuse to have a cocktail before noon. Luckily, I live downtown in a city where almost every restaurant includes breakfast on Sundays.
Circe Restaurant and Bar is on of the top of my favorite spots in downtown Providence. Feel free to ask me any questions about their menu, I would probably be able to be your waiter or even work behind the bar considering it was my 5th time in this week.
Hawaiian Benedict:
smoked ham. roasted pineapples. baffoni farm pouched eggs. hollandaise. english muffin. roasted potatoes

Brunching on Sundays has become a tradition for me. It is a perfect way to recap the night before, celebrate your birthday or even have a staff meeting. Who doesn’t want to start their day with a Mimosa in hand?
